I appreciate this , its its funny lol, I went to school for pharmacy assistant and im in a practicum now and we never got educated on telephone and they dont even offer this as part of the pharmacy assistant program. Lol I basically paid school for a piece of paper and thats it. Im so nervous, but this is great information to help me through this process being thrown into it at practicum!
