I don't know why I can understand everything this sweet and polite woman tell in her videos...while I don't understand my colleague in nothing...neather simples things as "take water or give me the coffee" that's unbelieveble....I think one very accent's problem....

I enjoyed this lesson. Your KZbin channel is everything I've been looking for! I enjoy interacting with people, but at the same time I'm forced to hold myself back in the fear of saying something embarrassing and unprofessional and also it makes to super nervous to interact in English. I'm so so so grateful to you.

Your video so useful, I can apply it immediately in my daily work to make telephone conversation smoother. Some new telephone that I have learned from your video: 1. Would you mind holding for a moment while I get that information for you 2. I didn't quite understand, could you say that once more? 3. Sorry to interrupt but before you continue, can I clarify what you said? 4. Sorry, she/he not available at the moment. Can I take a message for her? Pro tip: Speak slowly and Clearly when making a conversation on the telephone. Slowly but surely.

If you want to ask another question but unrelated to what you were just talking about... For a long time I wanted to know what to say in this situation. I am a Brazilian living in the US for 13 years now. I asked people how to say this, what is the expression, and their answer is: "You just ask whatever you want to ask" hahahaha. But one time I heard someone using an expression and learned it. I was so happy to finally learn it. It was "while we are here...". Correct? Any other way to say this? In a literal translation from portuguese, we would say "I would like to take advantage (that we are already talking to one another) by asking such and such", but I really don't think people speak like this in English.
