Very clear explanations on discharge.The SC should settle the law at the earliest. The discharge provisions do not help the accused much. 02.09.21

Sir,there is case Nitya dharmananda v gopal sheelum reddy 2018 in which sc has held that at the stage of framing charge the court is not debarred from allowing the accused to produce a document u/s 91 if he satisfies the court that investigator/prosecutor has not produced that particular documents having sterling quality.Thus if such material sought to be produced has a quality bearing on the case then court in the interest of justice may allow so.
