actually, calling someone with "psst" is very rude even for filipinos. if someone calls you using that, don't look at them.

if use for calling, I don't think so especially if you are calling someone who is very close to you. I think what you meant is when use to catcall. That is rude and is seldom practice now because of the recent law signed by PRRD which is the Safe Space Act.

Not at all, all types of gender in the Philippines use Eyebrows as a tool of greetings. For example i myself is a woman and i always use my eyebrows to greet other people regardless of their sexual orientation and they also actually greet me back. So it is not a guy nor only for a guy thing in the Philippines.
