One of my favorite Dragon Ball characters but a much more complex design than I'm used to. Even obstructed my routine of putting every character in a long-sleeved shirt to avoid having to remember where muscles and bones go.
Tried a couple new things this time:
Snout mouths - since snouts make mouths go much deeper into the head than a human's, a lot of syllables that would normally just rest on the flat plane of a human face start wrapping around the sides too, turning 2D shapes into 3D instead
Camera panning - this wasn't part of the original plan but the speed of his first couple steps made it hard to see what his head and mouth were doing
