Is there an app that takes what you say and how you say it and changes the pitch to match the character? Just like that toy that made everyone sound like Darth Vader? I ask, because some sentences sound better with different inflections in the voice. But the computer doesn't always know that.

there's morphvox, it's kind of outdated in terms of software but it has a big amount of parameters you can use to make convincing enough voices in my opinion
