This demo was different than the other Archons but each one fits, Venti’s showed him chill and laid back but gets serious when the time comes, Zhongli’s basically covers his past while moving to the future, Ei’s shows her pursuit of eternity, Nahida’s shows her playful nature despite being trapped, this one is very flamboyant which is how I see Furina. I plan on getting her and hopefully her weapon, good luck, fellow Travelers

Incredibly easy to miss detail: when she's swinging back and forth, she's making fun of the other archons (the color changes to their elements, she does a goofy pose related to them, and the NPCs change to the region of the archon). You might have noticed the "character switch" sound effect from in-game plays every time the colors change... BECAUSE SHE'S SWITCHING WHICH CHARACTER SHE'S PLAYING ON THE STAGE.

Omg, I love this trailer. It gave me the same vibes that Alhaitham's trailer did, putting emphasis on character interactions. Seeing so many of Furina's beloved people in her trailer is fitting for an Archon like her who just wants to give the people what they want. She might be my favorite Archon now. Though I definitely feel a bit of darkness beneath the lighthearted undertone of this trailer. Like, if following her teaser trailer, I can see Furina using these Hydro Mimics to recreate the people of Fontaine to cope with her loneliness after everything flooded. Creating scenes and pretending everyone's still there.

One more thing except the swing part that we can see in the trailer is that when furina starts clicking pics all of the scenes after that depict the journey of traveller through tevyat if u closely notice. The first scene of childe being chased by melusines depicts travellers escape in liyue after rex lapis assassination. And then the scene showing neuvilitte getting held up shows the monstadt scene of meeting signora first time. The scene of clorinde facing wriothesley shows traveller and signora facing each other in raidens palace. And the scene with lyney in the water box shows dendro archon captured. This is the best trailer man and I love furina she is my first five star that I got 😄

What the actual fuck, KZbin? Why did this LITERALLY pop up on my notifications now, six days late?! I was absolutely DETERMINED not to pull for her. I absolutely couldn't STAND her, and honestly, I found her behaviour genuinely triggering concerning some trauma in my life. So I was just going to pretend she didn't exist, even though I adored her kit. Then I finished the AQ and fuck me if I didn't stop hating her in a moment. I mean, it was obvious that she was behaving in that way as a defence mechanism, but I was absolutely sure that nothing would convince me that she wasn't just a horrible person after all... it was meh, They were going for like showy and extravagant and they kinda did it I guess, but there wasn't really anything there. Your imagination is carrying the video cause nothing fun actually happened. Like they were going for Jim Carrey's The Mask, or Hazbin Hotel's Alastor, You know, that whole "The world is a stage" bit but without flavor. It was animated well in some parts, the character is kinda cute and the sound was great. 2/5 go back and throw in a bit of humor, and have things actually happening on the screen.
