actually sounds like a solid idea. i think if you give her like fav greatsword + 50% cr (to proc it) + 300% er + noblesse she would probably give loads of energy + noblesse + heal a bit. sounds like a solid support (admittedly not the easiest build to throw together)

Honestly, Dori's main problem is the fact that she relies way too much on her C6 in order to be good, and by the time you reach there, you probably ditch her for Kuki. If that was a part of her initial kit, maybe she would be better.

Dori is the most underrated character in the game as she is a healing/battery driver for furina yelan kazuha. This team alone outperforms most 5 star dps teams at c0 in single target, including strong teams like aggravate and hyperbloom. This is because it’s essentially a slightly worse version of koko mono hydro which is a strong single target team on its own. Although Dori herself isn’t doing dmg the healing and battery allows u to build furina and yelan for higher dps along with kazuha not needing er in this team

for those curious, C6 Dori44 is actually not bad in a Furina quickbloom team (Furina, Dori, Nahida, Fischl). She also needs to be level 90 cause your aggravate & hyperbloom damage increases significantly by doing so. 4pc Thundering Fury is her BiS, Full EM is better mainly cause Dori44's multipliers is just not that good, but you can also build crit. With furina, you can take advantage of Dori44's team wide heals at C6, and with her Passive and 4pc TF, you can actually achieve almost 100% uptime with her infusion. Without C6, she's as bad as everyone says her to be unfortunately, she's only "good" at C6.

Some of them do get very significant upgrades at c6 or other cons like Chevy, xianling or xinqiu; but they are still good at c0 or can get them for free in the shop. I have Dori built up to lvl 80 on 4pc Instructor set and she's really a solid support character than most people think of her. She can heal, apply constant electro, give ER, and buff the whole team. I recently got her c6 so it's more rewarding after building her.

Dori (mine is C3) is my no. 1 healer alongside Kokomi. I gave mine "Maiden Beloved", weapon "The Bell", crowned ult with 39k HP. Yes, she's got "The Bell" I want to remake her to give her some better weapon with maybe noblesse or something else to make her better support, than just pure healing, but she heals me so much that I'm scared to change her builds LOL

Dori is the only Sumeru healer so I got her to Friendship lvl 10 by using her as the default healer in all my parties instead of Kuki. Using her Electro attacks to trigger hyperbloom or other reactions is not too comfortable, but if I ever get her C6, now I know (thanks to you, Doro) that it can work with an EM Gilded/ DPS Thundering Fury build(s)

As someone who loves Dori and has triple crowned her, I absolutely have a blast playing her. What I love about Dori is her role consolidation. She's a dps, a healer and battery all in one. She applies, at C6, fifteen instances of electro in just one rotation. Which is a hell of a lot. She also has abnormally high multipliers on her basic attack, so high in fact that they are higher then most dps's in the game. Like, yeah, her overall damage isn't going to win any awards but when you literally do everything...but that opens up your team to have another off field dps slot. I personally run Nahida, Dori, Sucrose, Beidou. With the damage reduction from Beidou and Dori's already, again abnormally, high defence stat she can just sit there and tank hit after hit while healing the entire team to full. It's been great with bosses like Coppellius, where you can just sit in it's attacks and just keep wailing on it without fear of death. Glad at least by the end you figured out that Thundering Fury is her best set...really it's her only set, as nothing even comes close in making her feel like a complete character then TF. If you ever revisit Dori, and I think you should, you should do a Quickbloom team (her best) with Furina as Dori's team wide healing pairs perfectly with her.

Her C6 is actually part of my current favorite team. She needs Thundering Fury to accelerate the Skill, and Fishcl, as your purpose is to continuously trigger her passive smite. She requires investment in all her skills, though. The Aggravate team is Tighnari, DMC, Fischl, Dori.

Dori can be viable as a dps but driver role is the best and her best team is probably quickbloom with Furina Fischl Baizhu, Dori's damage is mid but don't underestimate her, her electro app is surprisingly good at C6 and she also heals better than Kokomi even at C0. Either way I always liked C6 Dori but I rarely saw people building her/talking good about her so seeing a good content creator build her and show people how she works actually made me a bit happy 😆

when I started working on my Alhaitham premium team, I was unlucky enough to not get a Kuki until Baizhu's first banner. I resorted for Dori because she was an alternative electro aplicator and healer but she was so poorly built because I focused on getting the flowers for Nahida (obviously). she did her role but it was far from good, it was hell, in fact. I didn't even hesitate switching her with Kuki when I got her alongside my Baizhu, but now I have a level 60 c6 unbuilt Dori that I might never use again 🤷

Most character i don't use i just max up their level for standard pull rewards. Quick note: Look up their total of resources full count before gathering. It's save time leveling up in one go instead level up and go back gather around again.

This initial version of Dori (The sole Electro in Hyperbloom with Gilded) requires ER. Perhaps Fav Claymore? She also should not remain off field, and rely on her connection. You could also try the rare Jean Electro Swirl, as Dori's Burst gives an elemental aura like Bennet. This can be used to trigger hyperblooms.
