I’m so happy that you did an original vs remake reaction, because the original is my favourite song of all time! 🔥 I’m glad they kept the same singer for the remake; it gives it a great vibe! 🎶 Kartik is definitely an icon with this generation, like Salman Khan last generation. 🤩 It’s really sad that Zareen Khan hasn’t had the same opportunities to advance in her career as other actresses. This song literally proves that she is iconic and has lots of potential, but the only good role that she has ever had is Housefull 2, which wasn’t even a big role! Because of all the body shaming and constant comparison to Katrina Kaif, directors don’t like signing her for projects. When she did Hate Story 3 (with reluctance), I remember reading an article, which said something along the lines of “Thank you Zareen for fulfilling our Katrina fantasies!” - this comment made my blood boil because it objectifies both Zareen and Katrina. 😭 I hope she gets better roles in the future; she is deserving of them!
