Gonna mention a few things - j.c is special cancellable -her roll loses to lows and through *any given point of it* -4AA has a vacuum property allowing you to steal the corner with her 214A - All kuugas are plus on block (+4 for reg and +8 or 9 for EX iirc) - Another underrated jailbait that’s thousands of years older than her fanboys May add more once I actually turn on tag and remember her stuff.

cool vid and just giving some of my own advice for linne players as a linne main 5B has slow start up frames and its recovery is not as great as you say, its a good button nonetheless but it can and will get you punished, it shouldn't be the go-to rely on button 5BBB also is not safe on block, the 3rd B has a gap where you can get supered or DP'd 2B is great, its faster than 2C and hitstun lasts long enough to chain into anything alongside with its deceptive hitbox due to moving you forward, 2C is a great button but 2B is better when you're closer as 2C is not fast enough j.C not only good for combo ending but sets up oki's and using it as a cross up + assist is incredible, you are able to buffer inputs immediately after j.C meaning ending a combo with j.C can let you immediately 214A or 236B and set up a kuuga, if you do 2C into j.C and 236B your kuuga will immediately overlap with the enemy (IF they tech backwards & midscreen) and force them to block or get hit and result in an immediate string, using 214A after it will immediately cause you to roll behind them after they recover and you will have frame advantage + potential to start another string 2C is her best comb starter option as the scaling is not bad and you can consistently reach around 5.1k-5.4k with 2C j.AAB 5BBB 2C j.C or 2C j.AAB 5BBB 2C j.AAB 5BB 214A mid-blockstring is punishable, you have to use an assist to make it safe otherwise you can just be grabbed out of it or hit as the recovery frames on it do not make it safe, 214B is also unsafe mid-string as you can get supered before it even hits, you need to assist to make it safe

Hey, her 4P is super good, it's 28f (fastest assist in the game), 5P is the average one, it goes far for mid screen extensions but 4P deals more damage for extensions corner. 4P is one of the best burst bait assists. 6P can go over other projectile assists which is nice, including Es' 4A is her fastest button, didn't see you mention it. Jump C can combo into 4A/5A on counter hit. You can dash cancel out of 4AAAA, 5AAAA and 5BBB on the last hits. The only thing that can hit her 214A roll are grabs. You can steal corner by doing 4AA, as it will pull the opponent towards you, so 4AA into 214A will cross up in the corner. 214B or C is the best damage starter for her and also the easiest special move to tag change, you can do so by calling assist then doing 214B+D on the same input Some cool tips about TK kuuga, you can do 2369A or B then pop resonance as soon as you land, it's a safe way to activate resonance. Full screen Kuuga B can also lead into full combo, any button will connect but dash up 2C is obviously the optimal one. And no, 214B+C does more damage at the end of combos, for whatever reason 236B+C scales a bit worse at the end of combos. In terms of synergy, I recommend pairing her with a character that can help deal damage, I pair her with Gordeau, I have plenty of damaging combos on my channel.

I main Linne and yeah her damage isn't really that good but she has GREAT buttons. You didn't mention her small size though, which enables her to low profile a bunch of stuff that can really mess people up. I played against a Nu last night and somehow I'm sure I low profiled Nu's 5B with Linne's 2B! Also, Linne dash low profiles Hakumen's 5B as well lol

Something kinda important that you didn't mention is that 214b is NOT safe on block. The button is -7 so quick jabs can hit her on block. The EX version is basically " spend meter to make it safe" increasing damage but also boosting the frame advantage to -4, which means you have to block after using it but it's still safe to use.

You ARE Pronouncing her name right, its a french name, and in french we dont pronounce the E's at the end of certain words, mostly any word that has doubles. EX: Matte or Shoppe IS pronounced (Mat) and (Shop), Not (Mat-eh) Or (Shop-eh).

I see what you mean, but I personally still think it makes more sense to pronounce it like "Lin-nay" since it's read as リッネ (Rinne) with the double consonant in Japanese. With that being said, the pronunciations probably vary since the name doesn't seem to be exclusively French from what I can tell.

Danny E same dude same though there are some points he forgot or did not mention - all her projectiles are safe on block - all the enders for her auto combos are dash cancellable - roll can dodge anything - j.c can be combo'd to any air projectile - her sword flip (214 B) is unsafe on block and the metered version is the one that is safe on block - a nice combo for linne is 5a > 5a > 5a > 4a > 4a > 4a > 5b > 5b > 5b > 4c > 214b > 5p > j.a > j.a > j.c > j.236a /j.236c

Actually there are other good partners for linne besides the seven you showed such as Yu, Jubei, Yang, and Nu I just found them really good for Linne All the final hits to her A auto combos are dash cancellable and with good timing you can instantly roll after a dash for an easy cross-up after a ground sky fang Atm that is all I got

Would you say Chie is a mismatch? I use her with Linne because she's also really fun to play, and when using Chie, after her forward B autocombo where she launches into the air, I extend it with Linnes forward P assist. That's the only one I can think of for now (I'm still kinda new). Other than that niche combo, would you say they're good together or should I try others?

I know you're an entertainer and this is isn't a super "professional" guide, but calling something the wrong way "just to piss people off" seems to be the wrong mentality when creating something that is supposed to be more serious - like a guide. That's kind of like you calling the attack buttons "light" and "heavy" and not A and B "just to piss people off". Sure it doesn't really matter in the end, people will call things whatever they want. But again, for something that is supposed to be educational that seems to not be the right attitude. In the end I don't actually care that much (although after writing this much it prolly doesn't that like it) but I just wanted to give you my opinion. It's like not like you're gonna redo anything because someone didn't agree with you on the internet.

he technically isnt calling her name wrong, in terms of names like her's with E's at the end they are silent we dont call the Shoppe (Shop-eh) we just call it (Shop) Or Matte isnt (Mat-eh) its Just (Mat) its a style of french that, who knows why, adds E's at the end of things but never pronounces them.

The funny thing is the way he is saying Linne IS Right. Its due to the limitations of the Japanese language that they say Lin-Ne. They can say Linn without the E but they spelt it the French way to be accurate, but that leads to the wrong pronounciation being Lin-Ne. Dub decided to keep the mis-pronounciation probably to keep it accurate to the source material as Under Night has never had a Dub and was likely to be taken negatively, so they played it Super Safe.
