Hello T&T Tutorial I am a beginner at illustration and after hopelessly sifting through hundreds of KZbin video out there, I stumbled upon your channel. At 2:12 how did you get rid of the remainder of the color you did not want around the show ?

Hi! Press F to change screen view, press as much as you need to get what you want. Then simply press Tab and it will automatically switch from basic screen with panels to full screen. I press Tab to see panels and then Tab again to hide them 👋😉

Hey, couldn't follow a few things in the tutorial. When coloring if your brush bleeds out of the drawing outline do you modify that with direct selection tool? Also, transparency mask is better or clipping mask?

Hi! Yes, edit of course. But I try to stay in borders. Both masks are equally amazing. Work more and you’ll find yourself using them in different cases almost equally. It really depends on nuances.

Interesting those neutral colors you begin with. I've seen several tutorials on coloring comic books, and they called this doing "flats" or "flatting".

in section 2. 12 how do you make the shoe and the foot shape so they don't stick together? When I draw using the Blob brush tool, it's always between the legs and shoes into 1 shape
