The comparison is so weird cuz the only similarity between them is verticality in map design and the dendrograna grappling hook things lmao. Sumeru was mostly rainforest and desert up till its last big map expansion, landscape wise (even though it was done beautifully). While Natlan has far more variety with a coastal scrubland area, a mesa biome, a volcanic archipelago and a rift valley all from what we have seen so far from 5.0 alone.
