My top 5 wanted characters would be 1. Vision as a flying Vanguard who draws attention to himself with a focused laser and can protect himself with his density shifting 2. Quasar (Wendell Vaughn) as a strategist with a hover ability like strange and some cc and healing (his powers allow for full creativity) 3. Gorr as a melee Vanguard who can summon small shadow like minions for tanking and working a bit like Thor with dive mechanics 4. Sentry as a Vanguard who gets invincible in his ult or something like that 5. Ghost Rider as vanguard or Gambit as dps

I'd love to see Nick Fury as a Strategist, really play up the fact that he's this paranoid, master tactician with plans within plans. The idea I keep coming back to is a kind of mark for death mechanic, pointing out one enemy and forcing them to take more damage and making it so that any damage they take gets returned to the dealer as healing, and when they die, they let out a burst of healing to everyone nearby. He could maybe do a kind of inverse for allies, basically telling them to take point and giving them regeneration and damage resistance. Kinda like Zenyatta if the harmony orb healed less and discord did more. I also love the idea of him having some kind of big brain way to trap enemies. The one I keep coming back to is some kind of mine or sheild generator, once Fury takes damage, he blocks the hit, damaging and briefly stunning the attacker and granting Fury a speed boost. Works as an escape tool and really plays up the fact that you cannot catch this man off guard. For his ult he could decide that all that subtlety needs to go right to hell and call down a bombardment from the helicarrier, helldivers style. Alternatively, if you want to be boring and say that support ulta have to be supportive, marking everybody at once would work really well in terms of a climactic assembling the avengers moment.

Dude all I want is a strategist Gwenpool PLEASE NETEASE. I know people think she's a deadpool copy when shes not even a deadpool variant, theyre completely different with different abilities so she wouldnt/couldn't be a skin. She surprisingly has alot going for her, with jeffs popularity and her gaining more fans due to fortnite. She's been mentioned in marvel rivals like 3 times, all characters brought up in the game came out to be playable afterwards (psylocke, moonknight, squirrel girl etc.) And netease has already used her ina prior game where she has a prominent role so they know how she works. Pls netease🙏🏽😭

You know Cyclops hitscan is gonna be insane. I dont even know what they'd do for a reload animation--how do you reload your eyes? But I wanna see him as a hybrid duelist/strategist so bad. I imagine his moveset as being "tactics"--you drop a defensive tactic in an area to give allies fast healing, aggressive tactic to grant bonus damage and over health to allies, and then while those go to work just optic blast away while they're on cooldown.

Cyclops I'm saying he gets a 3 ammo capacity like Winter Soldier head shots kill enemies he gets multi blast thing as his second ability hits one target and spreads damage to nearby and his ult is a long beam to just pump out damage obliterates healers and shreds tanks/Duelists

I think for a ghost rider character I’d like them to have a primary fire which is a limited range poke with their chains like how people use a rope dart, and then the alternate fire is a more close ranger slashing/whipping of the chains.

I also thought up Ghost Rider as a Roadhog type Vanguard. I'd give him a double barrel sawed-off (reference to the movie where Nicholas Cage had a shotgun) but make it all cool looking. His ultimate can be a unique one where he essentially becomes the boogieman. He'll gain less movement speed but create an aura of fire that burns all enemies that enter his domain and he gains another ultimate while in it like WB Hulk where he uses Penance Stare on a target that inflicts all damage the target has done in the match to them at once but only if they have more than 1000 damage (so supports that are pacifists could survive). Afterwards they're cursed with Vengeance that makes them unable to change characters, and they deal 20% less damage. The curse is only lifted if the victims falls in combat or Ghost Rider is defeated.

I need Daredevil and Cyclops in this game for yesterday! But, as they would probably be duelists, I think they can wait a little bit because we need more vanguards and strategists. When I think Ghost Rider for this game, I agree that he can be a vanguard. If he is Johnny Blaze, he can have a movement ability similar to Cap's shift where you summon your bike and drive around.

Shuri has been seen traveling like a flock of birds, running like a cheetah and in the movie has those dope gauntlets. Would make for an epic healer since in comics there's been moments where she has revived warriors. the banter between most of the characters would be dope too.

here me out, Juggernaut as a tank that relies on destroying the map to get more health and hit harder, a charging ability that makes him do a shoulder bash forward and knock back enemies, a ground pound that stuns for 1 second and is on a 10 second cooldown that knocks people up like a hog trap, a Ramatra block that makes him take 25% less damage, and his ultimate would be him pulling out the scarlet gem of siderak as he calls for more of his power and he gets damage negation, speed boost, and a 10% damage boost.

THANK YOU re: Ghost Rider Vanguard. Every time I see people say xyz cant be a vanguard they completely neglect to think about Strange. Literally anyone can be a Vanguard if they have 600HP. As long as the abilities make sense, they dont need to all be the size of the Hulk. Alternatively you can have large strategists with a small HP pool.

I think Kamala Khan would be amazing. She can self heal, rapid traversal, become tiny, and an ultimate that involves growing huge. She would be absolute chaos in Rivals. Also, I want to see at least one character that can phase through walls. That mechanic would be interesting in this game. Maybe add Vision as a tank? You know what would be fun about Daredevil? Punisher's smoke bombs and Cloak's blind/darkness should not work on him. Mockingbird's weapon could be used for both traversal and long-range attacks. Give Kate Bishop healing arrows and make her a strategist who can still do Hawkeye-style head shots. Or maybe give her a really strong melee attack or a short-range AOE stun and make her an anti-dive healer. We need more Black Panther characters. How about Okoye as a strategist? You could give her a strong melee ability for dealing with divers. Can we make Misty Knight a strategist with an auto-aim (hit scan) gun?

I have thought about a few characters and I do understand that miles does have different abilities that do make him stand out but I feel the similarities out weigh the differences people already complain about the movement of spiderman and to have to possibly deal with 2 at a time might not work and my #1 want is Deadpool but I also think it might be hard to separate him from starlord and psylocke I’d love to hear an argument against that though

As we know the Fantastic Four members are making it in I'm just interested to see if Mr Fantastic and Thing are Vanguards. Johnny has to he a DPS with Hulk like transformation with Flame on he can be knocked out of it and go back to Johnny and just have fire blasts/no flight. Susan should be a Stregeist again shielding and healing abilities with her invisibility possibly applying it to the whole team as her ult or a massive shield barrier. My predictions: 1. Cyclops - I'm saying he gets a 3 ammo capacity like Winter Soldier head shots kill enemies he gets multi blast thing as his second ability hits one target and spreads damage to nearby and his ult is a long beam to just pump out damage obliterates healers and shreds tanks/Duelists 2. Jean Grey - I'd say she'd be a Strategist giving shields and debuffs to enemy teams, some sort of healing like Adam and her ult being her phoenix from which essentially turns her into a Tank or Dps she however is in anti heal but gets a increase of damage of around 40-50% and possibly due to the destruction of the phoenix force 5-10% damage to her own team 3. Colossus or Emma Frost. They both could be Tanks or Emma could just be a Strategist. Emma with her diamond form reflects any attact but she cannot use her telepathic abilities while in it. 4. Colossus would just be a TANK again depowering when killed and his attack damage and health is just cut in half. 5. Blade could be a DPS with Regen like Wolverine he can have dashes like Magik and have projectiles, close quarters and can parry attacks like Genji. 6. Ghost Rider could have a grab mechanic like Winter Soldier and ranged attacks with his chains. Ultimate could be an AOE attack where he judges the other team and does mass damage or he just summons his bike and it crashes into a giant AOE attack, Another DPS. 7. Hellstrom - Easily fits Stragessit and continues to fill out that Midnight Suns/Spirits of Vengeance team i would like in the game. He can form and shatter mystic shields, tear thoughts from minds state of sleep, and heal injuries and ailments in himself or others. Though he is not superhumanly strong, his powers can amplify his strength to higher levels. Hellstorm has pointed ears and a circled inverted pentagram birthmark on his chest. 8. Satana Hellstrom - A female Tank. Satana is more resistant to damage than an ordinary human, though the upper limits of her durability however she can strengthen it through her soul onsorption (her being a succubus an all 🤤😏😮‍💨💀) life/health stealing. She'd be really cool imo. 9. Jessica Jones - Brawler Tank. superhuman strength and durability, as well as flight, and can block mind control attacks. 10. Luke Cage - Tank and buffs team by raising durability with over shields 11. Dare Devil - DPS but heavy on traps and mobility. 12. White Tiger - Ava Ayala possibly a Tank as thats what BP should have been seems capable of taking several gunshot and puncture wounds as well as beatings and still stand on her feet. Inferred Vision and Heightened Sense/camouflage abilities.
