So I looked up the Vtuber thing it goes from $35-$1000 for a 2d model however for a 3-D model can go from $1000-$15,000

2D can be anywhere from $600 to $6000 depending on quality, I don't think you can really get one for less than $1000 without doing a lot yourself. I've seen people do both themself and it costs much less if not nothing (depending on if they're paying for a cubsim licence for the extra Live2D stuffs). I dunno averages but the only one I know the exact price for (which is one I commissioned) was about 4000USD iirc. That's not counting still-image VTs though.
