Sir Jo charge transfer hota hai wo permanent hota hai ki temporary

It should be temporary. As the charge transfer complexes need certain conditions for formation (Donor molecule needs Acceptor molecule close enough to it for the formation of charge transfer complex) and when these conditions revert back, the two compounds forming charge transfer complex comes back to their normal state. i.e. two compounds get separate. You can also try to understand it in the aspect similar to electromeric effect. Electromeric effect is a temporary effect and takes place only in the presence of a reagent. When the attacking reagent is removed, the molecule is reverted back to its original electronic condition.
