❤charger plate.. maybe if you rough the back of the charger plate and the back of the napkin holder where you need to glue it together, with sandpaper then clean with alcohol it will stick 😉 I may try that before using the board on it.(just a thought) it's very pretty. Now I'll finish watching ! Love your DIYS ❤

Charger plate...I like the first one, but would use longer dowel rods to cover more of the Napkin holder.

Personally I kinda like the chrome finish of the napkin holder to be exposed. But yes, if you prefer, you could definitely cover it by embellishing it with some rhinestone ribbon, pearls/beads, etc.

Metal and plastic do not like to adhere together. Perhaps use a bracket over the metal when adhering both and sand plastic prior to attaching.
