But he wasn't the GM, he was on the staff more as an apprentice, so maybe he learned a thing or two (I hope) But the Chargers have been good at finding talent, just not been able to put it together on the field. Brees, Rivers, LT, Seau, Gates, etc., etc. Those were great players, we just needed better coaching. The Ravens have won despite having big name talent all over the place. Just my $.02 I think it'll just be more important that he not break the bank of a few names and leave the team shorthanded (Telesco).
