I didn’t get to watch the whole game and I missed all of QJ’s catches. Now having looked at this Im just grinning with excitement now. THIS is what us Chargers fans have been wanting to see for a while now. It took a bit of time for Herbert to trust in Palmer until their connection grew. Now we seeing it with QJ. I smell TD next game. Let’s just hope we’ll be ready. That Jets defense is very elite so we have to utilize everything we got. Also hoping Guyton comes back by then

@@DaReaIJesusjets game is actually a perfect game for him to go off… if Sauce takes away Keenan and they focus their attention on Palmer, Q might have to be the guy that gets us going… I doubt their third corner can cover him, and Eke is in for a tough matchup against their LBs… gonna be a true test on our defense to limit Wilson cuz 17-20 might be all we get, which should beat the Zach Wilson led Jets…

Joshua Palmer doesn’t get enough credit. He is a phenomenal route runner, he can get the ball on all levels of the field, love watching his fancy releases and catching those slants and when he goes deep, in all reality he is Justin Herbert’s only vertical threat, Mike will and Keenan are too slow and Jalen guyton doesn’t have the footwork, but Palmer has the good footwork and the releases and he is fast, really underrated

He stepped up big time last year when both Mike and Keenan were out. He is a very important weapon for Herbert. Like you said, a very underrated one at that. The kid is just a student of the game at his position.

Nobody is talking about Slater's downfield block on Ekeler's TD after catch. He is 20 yards downfield and just pancakes Stevenson, no TD without that block.

I've never before watched one of these videos isolating top plays. Refreshing to watch these balls sail and these receivers' artful snags, YACs and TDs. The football loves the Herbert/Parham connections. Better QB protection this week (except for one huge body slam). Each week Chargers showing more turbocharge

QJ was WIDE OPEN on other routes too, 1 on Parham TD. Another one could be a deep bomb TD in the 4th quarter when Herbert threw to Keenan Instead. HERBERT NEEDS TO GIVE QJ A CHANCE !!!!!! QJ WILL BE A BEAST WR

Those routes Q runs are crisp. He can be a really good short to mid range target if Herbert and him develop that chemistry some more. I think what they saw from him was a good indication he will see some targets against the Jets. 5 for 50 is not a bad stat line for him this game.
