Masha Allah, you have created something very unique. 1) Easy to follow recipes 2) Creative Methods of cooking 3) Remembering Allah and embedding dawah in each video 4) Your approach towards cooking is something I can compare with professional chefs like Gordon Ramsey and 4) Honest analysis and very engaging method of communication. I live in the US, and have recently purchased a Wood pellet grill that uses indirect heat for cooking. I plan to use your recipes. Keep up the good work. Jazzak Allah khair.

AoA. Thumbs up for a superbly presented n clearly explained recipe!! Incidentally, where were the green onions used in the process? I must hv missed sm thing! Plus, if we keep the tray / bowl with the marinade n the chicken in it directly on the steaming platform in the cooking pot, results are better. Increase the steam time by perhaps 3-4 minutes; checking once in between is a good idea. Better cautious than sorry!
