A helpful hint for anyone using a CCS plug for DC fast charging. If you are having trouble initiating charging lift up on the handle after you plug it to take the weight off the vehicle plug while it begins the charging session. Some of cables and plugs are so heavy the communication pins will not connect and give you an error. I had to do this with both my BMW i3s and my Lightning, especially at Electrify America chargers. After it starts charging you can stop lifting up on the plug handle. The Tesla charger design is much better in this aspect but that ship has sailed.

dcfc is not also known as lvl 3. its incorrectly referred to lvl 3.....

Is this channel associated to the dealership where you work or is it your personal channel? Either way, its good to see someone with so much ICE vehicle experience helping to inform the public about EVs. In a future video you might want to cover some of the NEMA 14-50 splitter boxes that can allow people to use an existing outlet that they may already have for a clothes dryer or welder.
