Charioteer is my favorite tank. The dpm, the speed, the viewrange, all those caracteristics are amazing. The gun handling can be a bit anoying sometimes but it doesn't bother me at all

Me too. My fav tank is Charioteer I love it so much. I love the gun,mobility after buffs it has 10° of gun depresion and equipment 2.0 gives Charioteer more options how to play with it

Yep. Sides of German heavies are one of the few things the premium HESH is good for, or maybe the Defender's ass. I'm personally a big fan of the 2 Standard ammo's on this tank.

Katite going ham once again XD But what I wanted to say: actually there is a recent video from wargaming again explaining the new equipment which states that the reticle with rotatiom mechanism does not really decrease, but the 10% stabilization only compensates for the loss of accuracy due to increased turret traverse speed. In summary, the traverse is improved but the aiming should stay (almost) the same.

I'm currently grinding this tank, and my only concern about it is the slow turret traverse.. I have had to run rotation mechanism as well, just to speed the traverse up a little.. all bc it is so mobile that I tend to play it like a medium.. sometimes too much like one.. lol Great video, cheers!

Charioteer is wonderful. The HESH is really great, it also has quite nice shell velocity and given the tank's flexibility, it's awesome. Gun handling is exactly what medium tank with TD gun should be imho.

Yep, same as Cent 7/1, You get the odd game with some luck and a good number of HESH pens, but on the whole, it's not really worth taking too many. This is more true in the Charioteer, as unlike the Cent, it has a relatively limited overall ammo capacity.

Fixed the charioteer with improved bounty equipment so it works like a dream now improved rotation mechanism is the most powerful equipment out there now it fixes alot of hidden statistics which isn't good in my opinion because people get false information from wargaming but you improve rotation speed of your whole vehicle (Turret traverse & Tank traverse) also it improves gun handling quite alot even with snapshot and smooth ride you don't get that bloom you were talking about.

I LOVE my Charioteer, but I don't worry too much about gold HESH though, it will troll you way more than it will reward you. The standard APCR's are good at tier 10 and hella sweet at tier 8.

One of my favorite tanks in the game hands down. Also it was the first tier 8 to get the 3 marks for. I absolutely love it! Tier 9 gun in tier 8 with absolutely no need to spam gold whatsoever. If you liked the T67 or the Hellcat this tank is made for you. :) Also the video shows why I don't really use gold with this tank. It's so inconsistent, you will be better off using normal APCR in the long run. However when it works it's amazing. It's like gambling. :D

Sadly I like to watch smaller streamers with 100-600 viewers like you in 2016 or so where chat is readable and streamer is able to answer questions. But gratz that you reached that level. About Charioteer: I would like to like it, but it has one major drawback for me: gun handling, aim time and accuracy ... whatever numbers are on the paper, it aims for one day and then it hits the ground at the very bottom of circle. But it's flexible and it has shell velocity of laser beam. What about dropping rammer? How many times can you use DPM and how many times that one second makes a difference? I guess having first hit second earlier with IRM is more important.

Charioteer is for those players who loved the old Hellcat,the Hellcat before the nurf. To me is pure joy,it can rush,flank or set an ambush while camping with binos and cammo net! It can cross from the one side of the map to the other without losing momentum while carrying a formidable gun. Devestating even by using AP! All of this traded for armor.I take it!. this glass cannon is something else!

I love this line of TDs... The Challenger was fun, the Charioteer was fast and fun, and I am currently enjoying playing the Conway. However, I am not having the best gaming experience with HESH on the Conway. I seem to have better luck with the standard ammo. Also, when I run into a Maus, it's no bueno... from any angle. It's like using a slingshot with dirt balls... yes it annoys the Maus, but it doesn't do any damage.

That's the tradeoff of HESH vs. HE. The grind on this line is absolutely awful due to the terrible stock guns, but once the tanks are upgraded they are amazing. The Conway is a great tank. EDIT: The Conway has the only good stock gun. The 'upgrade' gun is a downgrade.

hi skill. i think you should separate "gun handling" terms. you use this term for accuracy and dispersion when moving. for example 16:23 you should use "accuracy" term for this situation.

A non premium skorp that you must fire and pen with hesh to have the same alpha. So you must fire premium ammo and pen to be a skorp. That being said, I agree with skill and I love my Charioteer! It's a great tank and what the skorp and su 130 should have been balanced around.

No, the standard HESH (it has HESH instead of HE) is actually better than the gold ammo. It has higher pen than the gold ammo does, so it does damage far more consistently. The only reason he was getting high rolls on the tanks in his first and last battle was because he was shooting tier 6 tanks. I don't carry any gold rounds in mine.

charioteer is really a good tank. it is my first and only 3 marked tank. and like everything on it. 268 pen is good for a f2p player 390 dmg gun with good dpm good camo good mobility TD/medium and sometimes a light i use improved rotation, biono and improved rammer

OMG SKILL! I just take search for charioteer, wich equipment is the best (currently using rammer, improved aiming and binocs) and you just make a video about it! :) This is my favourite tank! I play tier 8 strongholds only with Charioteer! It uses like TD, medium or spoter. That is best in game allround tank if you ask me... ;)

Actually i do not think the gunhandling is worse than on the scorpion. Ok, the softstats and the overalldispersion is worse but you have to take into account the ridiculously fast APCR shells. These boys something special wich make the Charioteer the better sniper in my opinion.

Completely agree, all ammo types should cost the same on each tank but have trade-offs, e.g. higher pen, less damage, or lower velocity. But WG will never do this as it generates money for them.

charioteer is best one in that tech tree. conway is ok but not with last gun (too inaccurate) and s**t barn is just s**t after all the nerfs it was going through. actually even tier 7challenger is kinda go od because of gun handling

just saying he and need to be used wisely if you want to deal big amounts of damage when you are aiming in tracks or even worse spaced armor you are not gonna be satisfied by your punishment and of course when there is a object between you and your target (car , truck ,walls etc) So DO NOT trust the penetration indicator(red orange green) when you are aiming
