The editing of Chariots was brilliant, by Terry Rawlings, who also edited “Alien” a couple of years previously for Ridley Scott. Some of the synchronisation of images & score have never been bettered, probably won’t ever be. And this final scene, as “Jerusalem” gradually blends into “Chariots”, is timeless...

This was an amazing film showing the greatness of Britain's past. Film that should make British people proud! Different era different people like Queen Elizabeth II. People at a time who put community, country, and family first. Wish it was like this today. They were truly the greatest generation!! Eric was amazing and his story.
