Great to see you back! You know what, ive recently being hitting the film section more than the games when i go charity shopping recently! I love the Tomb raider reboots. ive still yet to play shadow tho. some good finds!

Shadow wasn't as good as rise but they are all still amazing 💛 the gfx are mental imo on them games and plenty of action 😊 I always check out the blurays but recently I've been streaming loads online. I've got a soft spot for 4k steel books now 😄 🤣

That first shop im so sure that i was there within a day of you because i recognised the games left over, and the ps1. I grabbed crash bash gta 1 and rage racer all Complete in great condition For a quid each. I have good luck in that town

I love the Samsung 4k Qled models. I have a 65" and they get no burn in plus are really great for odd resolutions that some systems output 😀

That burnout paradise/trivial pursuit box set i picked up ultra cheap in cex a year or 2 back. Think i paid a quid or 1.50. Strangely they had a stand alone burnout paradise for a 5er as well so i dont know how they worked out that pricing lol. I think its wii sports in the hard case that gets good trade in at cex. Shadow of the tomb raider is the weaker of the rebooted trilogy. But theyre all tidy games. I personally preffered the first one in the series. One of my better recent charity shop finds was crash bandicoot 1 and 2 on ps1. Admittedly they were both the platinum versions but 3 quid each i had them straight away lol

I got metal slug on ps1 in the past from a charity shop and was chuffed with that 😃 you don't see decent ps1 that often now in charity sadly but now and again they turn up

Just asked in my local charity shop today, do you get any video games in? No we get more money selling them to elsewhere.... I take it they mean cex? Or ebay? Found a ps2 phat in the other charity shop, £5 with all the cables apart from the control pad. But I already have a ps2, so I left it for someone else. I'd love to find a snes or a game boy micro

not beem to many shops, think i went just shortly after the lock down ended like 3 ish months ago, sadly same stuff as before, the only up side was finding some good cd's but not much else, there aws a load of pre 00's era pc games but no boxes or manuals just the game the barney one i was tempted by just to send to mister usa #LGR but sadly no, other then games waise junk, fifa's of that over priced era or just older sports games that no one cares about, DS games but of low money or not worth it, but glad to see this is back, there were carboot sales around my area but 2 things came up, 1/ dad lost job so no money, and 2/ no idea on who was there or were the items have come from, with me your safe as mine are stored a a now leak proof caravan so yeah other then slightly deformed boxes and the slight hint of cold everythingi n theer's fine

If you play emulators they can go 5x as they output 240p but the wii games are 480p so can only go 2x
