Yes Yes YES! Tears of JOY! I am so flamin happy I can't stop smiling. That was almost exactly the way I wanted them to make up, only tens time better. I just didn't expect it to be this soon. But I'm soooo grateful they didn't leave us in agony for long. These past 24 hours have been pure misery! I love these writers! I love Charity and Vanessa! I love this show! Thank you so much for the quick uploads! Gotta say, for a soap, Emmerdale is pretty unpredictable. So glad they didn’t drag the break up. Not to mention the writers must be reading all sorts of fanfics on these two, to write the story this way. Really hope these two go from “like” to “love” in the near future.

Was it me or did Vanessa kind of trip over the word "like". Like she had to force herself to say "like" instead of love. And I am convinced that her "before you say something you'll really regret" was Charity code for "before you say the other L word." :)

I‘m glad they didn‘t split them up too, but for my taste the reconciliation was a bit too quick. For the way Charity felt hurt by this and showed how broken she is and how she has trust issues and fear of letting Vanessa near her I would have found more believable if it would have taken another few days at least. For me it feels a bit rushed. Thanks for the uploads of you both, Vanessa & Charity and Weepy! 🙂

I too was surprised they made up so quickly. I felt Charity's pain and feelings of betrayal went much deeper than usual, because she truly cares for Vanessa and she trusted her. On the other hand, having watched this week's scenes multiple times, all together, it now makes sense to me and doesn't feel rushed at all. It's Charity's feelings for Vanessa which allow her to forgive her. She is taken aback when she hears Vanessa is so upset about their break up. This starts to open her heart so that when Vanessa comes and says all the right things Charity needs to hear, Charity is receptive and listens to her. Vanessa does indeed "get" Charity. So much so she knows Charity only told her she slept with that guy because she was rightfully angry and wanting to push her away. Vanessa understands and admits she was wrong in calling the police, but she only did it because she cares about Charity so much. She agrees that Charity needs to handle things her way, and that she knows Charity is more than capable of taking care of herself... because she is so AMAZING and WONDERFUL. Charity has never had anyone understand her so well, and be this supportive, and this complimentary of her. EVER! This turns Charity's head, literally. And if you look at their relationship on the whole, this has always been their MO. They call each other on their shit, they see and admit their mistakes, and they make up.

I'm also finding it refreshing that they aren't spinning this situation around and around with one misunderstand after another, due to miscommunication or lack of communication. The fact that Charity and Vanessa actually talk out their issues, and are so (brutally) honest with each other, is pretty remarkable for a soap opera. They don't let things fester. They are a beautiful example for us all.

Boy this was ten times more intense that Olivia & Natalia on Guiding Light in The US. Natalia cried when Olivia "rejected" her too in the convenience store. The fact that they can't say I "Love" You is very smart on behalf of the writers. Remember Vanessa was the only other Woman that Charity was involved with next to Zoe. I don't think she ever said "I Love You" to Zoe. Another big difference was that while she and Zoe had to keep their relationship on the quiet for a long time, now everyone knows and it's "No Big Deal".

There was a scene that so much reminded me of this Scene on Guiding Light. Natalia Rivera got the brushoff from the love of her life Olivia Spencer. She went to The Convenience Store, saw a Beautiful Bouquet of Flowers and she started bawling because she was hurt that Olivia didn't want her but they eventually made up.

Well.. the writers sure pulled a rabbit outta the hat on that one. And seemingly with one single word, "Amazing". Okay... I'll buy that... as long as their back together!!! Even though they shouldn't have been apart to begin with. Anyhoo... When Vanessa says, "...and you're so flaming hard, I sometimes wonder if you've got concrete running through your veins." I love the expression on Emma's face, as she slightly opens her mouth and juts her bottom jaw out. This same expression is often accompanied by her tongue easing out and curling to touch her top lip, as if she wants to say something, but is literally holding her tongue. LOL. It's a very endearing expression, that adds loads of realism to a scene!!

Here's a fun fact. Some fans of Emmerdale didn't realize that Amy Walsh is Kimberley Walsh's sister. Their Sister Sally also appeared on the Show and I think it's a good thing because they have their own identities. In The US Rhonda Ross Kendrick appeared on The US Soap Opera Another World whose parents are Diana Ross & Motown Founder Berry Gordy Jr., Her Sister Traci is now on Blackish and their Youngest Half Brother Evan is an Actor who acted in ATL with TI, and recently appeared on Star whose Wife is Ashlee Simpson (Sister Of Jessica Simpson) who was once married to Nick Lachey of 98 Degrees who once Recorded for Motown.
