I carry a weapon and have for over 20 years. When I carries a weapon it’s not so much the venue or event I’m going to... it’s everything in between. The gas station, the store, the parkway no lot etc.... I also want to mention I have a concealed weapons permit, I’ve been in three conflicts ( Iraq, Afghanistan, and Bosnia).... during a time of war... and I’ve been n the military over 20 years. So what I see as a threat can many times be stopped because I’m trained to see it before it happens... I’m also from New York... when I go visit I must let the local police station know I’ve entered the city with my firearm!
