Todays guest is Charles Eisenstein who is currently in Costa Rica. Julian and Charles are leaning into a dialogue about connecting to creative Powers and developing the New Story of who we are on a living Planet. Charles is a cultural philosopher and the author of several books, including Sacred Economics, Climate: A New Story, and The Most Beautiful World Our Hearts Know Is Possible. His viral short films and essays online have established him as a genre-defying social philosopher and counterculture intellectual. We are grateful to have Charles back on the Podcast and continue the dialogue about the alive, sacred and conscious world we live in.
In this Podcast we are exploring the ideas around what it means :
- to be of service to the world at this time in the human journey and evolution...
- to develop and bring out our unique human gifts, and how change comes through powerful (small) groups of people...
- to move more and more into the New Story of the More Beautiful World Our Hearts Know Is Possible...
- to let in and receiving the ALIVE wisdom of Life...
- to be indigenous to the Planet...
- to live within connection to Planet and People
...

I've heard a Native Americans say that the white man replants trees but he does not plant the tree's family. In other words different plants and trees give off different nutrients that help support the whole family within the forest.

Lulu, I, 💯% agree with you. This is, by far one of, if not the best ‘interviewer’ of many I’ve watched over time. Congrats to Julian for this as well. 👍👏👏👏☮️❤️ & stay connected 💫🪐👽👀

Julian, I echo all the comments below saying what a fabulous interview you are. Charles, I try never to miss any talk or interview with you. I want to comment on what you said at 57:26 - 57:44, about the relationship to the future being a "courtship." You described the future as saying something to the effect of "So you want to be related to me? Demonstrate your suitability, your worthiness." Bear with me while I pick up on the notion of courtship being a kind of relationship in which people have to demonstrate their suitability. I realize that our culture traditionally views courtship as precisely that: the prospective groom has to be worthy in whatever way, and the prospective bride has another way how she must show herself suitable. I would rather think of a courtship as the ability of two entities to come into resonance with each other, and the resonance drawing out more and more of their ability to be fully present with each other (I'm thinking now of your talk with Thomas Hübl on your podcast a few years ago - -E54 -- where what you were calling compassion, or empathy, Thomas was calling attunement or resonance). It may be a small matter and picky of me, but the word 'courtship' gave me a twinge of performance anxiety. Maybe the future and I would more suitable and worthy of each other as we attuned more and more precisely, and didn't have to prove ourselves to one another. Anyhow, that's what came up for me there.

This was a great conversation. I know since 2020 I put on weight and went into shock about how things had nose dived. However, since then I have learned to take life by the horns and as a result joined the Kennedy campaign 2024 and also have taken my health into stronger hands by coming up with a healing plan for myself that already I feel able to run with so what doesn't kill you certainly makes you stronger!! Thanks to you both.

More people need to lose the illusion of being indigenous to a artificial lines on a map that signifies a country or a nation and know that they are indigenous to the Earth itself. Actually people should begin to know that they are in this world but not of this world. We are here to care for the earth that provides us an experience in the world of the flesh in the 3 D reality.

On the topic of trust, once upon a time most business was conducted by a handshake and a man's word. If the man's word proved to be no good he was soon out of business. I was raised to know that a man is no better than his word and we need to get back to that.

The way things go from here depend on people learning what constitutes true morality and true right action and true wrong action. The laws to govern mankind are woven into the fabric of the universe just the same as the laws governs the galaxies. It is Natural law / Karmic law and Mark Passio is the best source of information on this topic that I know of.

"If the meaning of your life all came at once, then your life would just be a single point in time; and therefore, pointless, and meaningfully, less." "For all that is... the good, the bad & the ugly -- is there a rhyme, a rhythm & reason? Know patience, know perseverance, know poetry. Only then, will you know." "For is it not, that the value of all life and all experiences, comes in its own way, and own time? God's grand design." "Heavenly is a hurt, that hollows out a truth - for a bigger heart, for a greater understanding." "An education lived, a wisdom experienced -- has breath, sinew, and virtue." "Lumps hurt, lessons heal, laughter is heaven." "Life, it is an opportunity for truth of oneself, & everything else. So blessed it is." "A dance of life fulfilled.. it is gut & grace, elevated, over time & space." "Like ivory on a piano keyboard... sprinkle apparitions .. of the soul .. of the light." "The most tender kisses, come from the gut, grime, grit & glory -- of a fully grasped life." ~ Paul Jung

"By trying to feed the Holy in Nature the fruit of beauty from the tree of memory of our Indigenous Souls, grown in the composted failures of our past need to conquer, watered by the tears of cultural grief, we might become ancestors worth descending from and possibly grow a place of hope for a time beyond our own." "Everything in Nature ran according to its own nature; the running of grass was in its growing, the running of rivers their flowing, granite bubbled up, cooled, compressed and crumbled, birds lived, flew, sang and died, everything did what it needed to do, each simultaneously running its own race, each by living according to its own nature together, never leaving any other part of the universe behind. The world’s Holy things raced constantly together, not to win anything over the next, but to keep the entire surging diverse motion of the living world from grinding to a halt, which is why there is no end to that race; no finish line. That would be oblivion to all." "We must as individuals and communities take the time necessary to learn how to indigenously remember what a sane, original existence for a viable people might look like." ~ Martin Prechtel

I don't buy into the all the self-love I think it's purposely propagandized just as religious have been written to keep people from discovering the God within and the oneness of all things. Real love can not come from the focus on the self . Real true love can only come when you lose the illusion of the self. If people are loving the Ego self they are not loving the oneness of all things.

Darrell, maybe, just maybe, you, or your Reality is such that you can’t Love from the Self, (I don’t know) For me, I need to Love myself first, in order to give it ir pay it forward. I can’t give or share, something I don’t have. This is how My Reality works for me. Just saying… 👍☮️❤️🙏

Darrell, perhaps you might need to listen to the entire story regarding COVID & the Psychic Healer, where Charles says, maybe it’s True, maybe it’s Not, at the end of it, bc, as I see it, I believe your missing the overall point of said story. Again, just saying…👍☮️❤️

Everyone in the world would test positive for covid if the test is run in enough cycles. Too bad is psychic didn't tell him that.
