Charles Esten dishes on his first solo album "Love Ain't Pretty," and meets 15-year-old cancer survivor Elana, who founded a $1.5 million nonprofit that helps kids and families worldwide cope while battling cancer. Elana shares how the Koenig Childhood Cancer Foundation has helped over 30,000 families by paying for medical bills, delivering goodie bags, and making celebration visits at children's hospitals around the world. Charles, whose own daughter fought cancer at a young age, surprises Elana with an invite to sing at his next benefit concert in Nashville!
