The Carlos effect in F1 teams is so real. Look how much Ferraris vibe has changed from before and after Carlos, also how Mclaren has lost some of its charm and also the results. Such a positive and great guy.

Also the results, there car and performances have been better then last year, and mclaren vibe looks more then ok to me if it’s anything at the beginning of the year it seemed like lando held Daniel at arms length never let him get close but even that didn’t really matter, Ricardo just struggled with a new car

As a Charles fan, I can only agree. You can trust Carlos on and off track and the atmosphere is great. Look how they swapped positions in Mexico back and forth, this is building trust and allows cooperation. Was not possible with Seb and Charles, when I think back to the Russian GP 2019. C2 relationship is a lot more advanced and they share interests off track and humour.

Carlos and Charles have completely change the feel of Ferrari when compared to the Kimi - Seb days, it feels alot more friendly and healthy :)

Because Ferrari expected a lot coming from 2 former world champions, so they were on a more serious note since they were still in the running for a championship (kinda). Not they're a little bit more free going since these 2 have never been champion yet, they don't have as high of expectations

Yeah it's easy when you compete for 3rd or 4th and just try to get the most points you can out of a race as a team. But if they were the top team with real chances at a drivers championship I think things would be totally different. Each one of them wants to win, to become a champion. For example just take the race McLaren won this season. Lando was behind Ricciardo in that one and as soon as he understood they were going to win the race he asked on comms if it was the right call to keep the cars on the track in that order. These guys super competitive, they will try almost anything for the win. I don't see neither Carlos or Leclerc being a number 2 in any team.
