Good evening... Thank a lot for your water colour landscape painting videos. It's real treat for art lovers and students. I came across your one of the videos accidentally, and I was surprised to see how simply you carry out the entire process. Your commentry is also easy to understand. The students who are new to water colours some time find it difficult to understand shades of colours you create. You can elaborate on that in your future videos. Audio quality and volume is very low sometimes. I wish to know how much time one has to invest to achieve a certain basic level in watercolour painting. My best wishes.

Question. When you “squeeze” excess water out of your brush to mop up, what is your technique? Paper towel squeeze, or do you use your fingers? I am brand new at watercolor painting.

If you’re working your acrylics on paper you can get exactly the same effect.
