When you said “find beauty in the struggle” that struck something in me. Always appreciative of your outlook on things!! Love how positive you always are. Your kindness radiates! Can’t wait to see what you do with BTC!

@@aayomafanboy257 Week 2 of coming back is almost over. I have a time trial tomorrow. On fresh legs I do pretty good. But later in the week my performance decreases a lot and what was pretty easy in the beginning of the week is hard in the later half

I admire your philosophy of life. The Albert Camus insight on imagining Sisyphus happy is very apt on how to live a positive life. Can you say how you came to your conclusions and applied them to your life as you grew up from boy to man? Are there moments of self-awareness or an epiphany when something was just self-evident, experiences with parents, mentors, coaches or role models who guided you that might be helpful to share with your viewers?

I just broke my leg and am now hit with the reality that I’m missing my freshman season of cross country in college and will be on crutches. Now setting goals for track bc it’s 8 months away feels so strange. This video couldn’t be more perfectly timed.

Really inspiring. Thank you. Good reminder that big goals can be broken down and achieved by a bit of effort each day. I like the bit about “I get to” I’m going to use that. I get to do a big work out tomorrow. I feel better about it already just by saying it.

Hey I’m a high school runner who has set big goals and small goals for seasons. I’ve hit the small goals but haven’t hit a big goal in a couple years. I use it as more motivation to train into the next season to hit the new goals. Do you think it’s good to set goals that you don’t reach often or do you think eventually it will wear you down and not be good?
