I find that the Arkansas Glow is one of the best, if not the best DOA lure to catch redfish on. It is a "redfish magnet" in my book...and use.

Yes bottom 1/3rd of the tide is best. You have to know the area to know a good redfish spot but you can catch some good fish surf fishing off of Breech's inlet.
