I spent 17-25 in California corrections & it most definitely saved my life. The part where he responds with “ tell that to the mother than can finally sleep” that hit me. Bro no lie. This was the realist episode I have ever watched. This man is so right about what misguided young black men need if there really isn’t anything else getting them on the right path. It’s sad to say but if they are heading in a path of destruction and not looking like there is any way to turn them around, getting locked up really can’t be the only last Hope and this is coming from a black man myself.
@jordynb10242 жыл бұрын
He had a comeback for everything Ak said trying to be “devil’s advocate” 👏🏾 CW is the realest!!! 💯 And what he said about prison saving people’s lives is accurate, I had a homeboy who was about to turn himself in but chose not to and he ended up getting killed a few weeks later. Had he been in jail he would’ve lasted a lil longer. Had another friend who was supposed to be in prison but bc she had served in the military they just gave her 5 year probation. She got killed her 5th year being on probation, just a few months before being set free. So yeah I’ve seen it personally some people do need that jail time to really correct themselves. When they get slaps on the wrists, they don’t learn and end up getting in worse situations.

Whether people want to accept what Charleston is speaking or not it’s all completely valid. Individuals become so lost in idolization that they overlook the simple fact of the matter which is cold blooded murder. Music is a tool that anyone can utilize whether you use it for positivity or negativity is your choice but to brag about the #1 thing we as people shall not do will only lead one to their demise. Self defense is one thing but evil intent is another.

Calling AK a goofy for asking questions that counter his opinion is just wrong bro that’s how you have a conversation and get the full view point of what CW was trying to say without AK asking these questions we wouldn’t have gotten have of his view point. AK brought up his counter points respectfully and calmly even said he wasn’t defending Von and not once did he interrupt him and gave the entire speaking floor to him so he can get his entire opinion out. If that makes him a goofy then idk how you expect interviews to go unless you want an absolute yes man which would make no middle ground and make the opinion and interview bad

@@mylesgrayer7959 But once the other perspective is offered, which seems to be an absurd one to ppl like him, then an immediate light should go off and when that doesn't happen then that's a problem.
