In this clip from the Get Yo Ass Up Podcast with TonyTheCloser, Tony and Charleston share their thoughts on gang culture in LA and how many black men lost their lives due to gang culture.
Tony and Charleston spoke about how they were approached by a security guard while they were out for dinner and how so many young black men are so willing to crash out over words.
Tony & Charleston also highlighted how white athletes and entertainers don't have to worry about being robbed and killed by someone in their communities the way people of color have to worry.

That man do not love his people..he just love talking shit and get paid for it..he be having ya fool because none of ya actually experience the shit ya complain about..Charleston wasn’t raised in poverty or in dangerous neighborhood..he was raised in the suburban part of the inner city..he joined the crip gang because he thought it was cool and when he joined he thought he was supposed to act a certain Way because he was misguided on how gangs are..he thought he was supposed to be a killer and wild..and I’m pretty sure you think the same thing..when in reality gangs not the reason why the violence exist..gangs is just for connections, for example if you’re from fort worth and is a grape street crip you can go to any city and have people there that’s gonna look out for you and make sure you’re good because they also under the same unit as you..in LA crips was form to have an alliance throughout the city..they wasn’t form to beef with bloods or other gangs..the beef And violence comes from neighborhood issues..where niggas usually from a different neighborhood(not a different gang) have personal problems that sometimes leads to someone dying..now when someone dies people will always side with the people they know and was raised with.. that’s where wars come in at..because if you kill one of mines we gonna revenge and the person who killed my love one well his friends gonna do whatever to protect him so they won’t feel the same pain..and this only comes because back in the day the police would beat our ass and sometimes kill us to the point we couldn’t even call the police for anything because we don’t know how it would go..might get beat might get laughed at in our face but one thing for sure they wasn’t helping us..so when the police don’t help us we get our own justice and now we’re at the point where calling the police is not even on our minds..and from what we experienced as black people we’re not wrong for that because it’s proven facts the corrupt police was heavy until the the 2010’s..once cameras came to play now they’re trying to do right..right now I can show you a video of a guy name TB killing king von beat friend T Roy..and on that video you can clearly see his outfit and his friend CGR outfit..we know they’re enemies which is motive..and they names been mentioned for that murder since the first week..not only that they took a picture with the same outfits on that same day and posted it on IG..guess what the cops did? Nothing at all & guess what happened to them boys? They both dead now..so it’s facts that we still can’t call the cops to solve our murders,, so who gotta give the family justification? The friends and love ones..who gotta put they lives and freedom on the line to make sure everyone stay safe and alive ? We do..the people you guys ridicule and call gangstas and criminals and evil..they done saved more lives than the police have..but you never been in a situation where you almost was killed when someone came shooting but ya 14 year old best friend started shooting back which caused them to peel off in the car, with the gun he stole from one of his uncles once one of ya other friends was killed when some older nigga came shooting on the street you live on because they have issues with the older dudes…I’ve seen this man call king bin mother a bitch and all types of shut because her son was a murderer and she never got online and spoke about it..her son was never convicted of murder, her son was labeled a suspect in 2 or 3 murders which he never was arrested or convicted,…yet Charleston white mother gave birth to 2 murderers..who was arrested and convicted…2 murderers. What that makes her? If a man who never get convicted of murder mother is all types of bitches..then what is a man who mother birthed two no good ass evil ass babies? And not only that but they killed innocent men..civilians..men who wouldn’t even harm a fly..it don’t get more evil than that…Charleston not a changed man..he just owe the government for letting him out early..he’s a actor.he even tell ya that..he said he raped white women…he disrespected mothers, babies..he threatened to kill kids..he done said the wildest shit because that’s who he is..he start acting when he try to clear it up and get ya to see the fake good in him and ya fall for it every time..but every time he’s mad the real him always come out

I been in some other major cities in the u.s. and i believe its worse in some other cities than LA when it comes to "blacks not having no love for each other". The only time in my life i was shot at was a mexican shooting at me to be initiated into a gang. I have never been shot at by another black person and i been in Cali my whole life.
