I do!! but its clear that you dont!! Be honest and truthful have you actually read the Qur'an ever, if you havent and be truthful about it then dont bother replying, if you have then have you read the bible too?? or the Torah fr that matter! if you criticise one then you criticise them all, the bible has over 800 passages which talks about bestowing violence and death upon non believers and the like compared to the Qur'ans 300 or so yet neither the bible or the Torah come under the same scrutiny do they?? it matters not whether you will or wont accept facts but the West has bombed the shite out of the middle east and killed millions including little children! did you weep for any of them?? its all very well crying for Manchester and London when we have some maniac blowing himself up and taking our children with him but how many of you commenting have kids? how many of you commenting have ever been in the midst of this kind of lunacy? how many? I remember back in the day when it was the Irish who were racially abused here in the UK for a conflict which the UK started by attacking them in their own country and though her Majesties military raped and murdered their way through that country when they fought back this country here had the cheek to call them terrorists!! A country that had reaked death and destruction upon others had the cheek to call them the terrorists! the millions dead is testament to who did what and where and no amount of historical ignorance on your part changes that fact. As for Islam do you know the history of Christianity? when you do read up on it and you read about the horrors that Christians bestowed on people come back to me! if your not prepared to do that then stay silent! I have come across you before and your so badly informed and historically ignorant that nothing you say is worth absorbing, so babble on to your hearts content cos your truly devoid of any knowledge about anything, in fact its embarrassing to read the shite you post, you seem to be anti everything! is your heart so full of anger and rage that your only happiness is achieved by ranting nonsense, you might learn something one day and when you do we might get something of worth out of you, until then ciao...

from 1:26 is what sold me on the Rasta bloke when the guy defending Islam said "I have been to my homeland, I have seen my own people - have you seen your own people?" and the Rasta guy turned around, pointed at the crowd and said that they were his own people I feel that a big problem with many of the immigrants in the UK, particularly those that are Muslim is that they fail to assimilate, whether they try to or not. This is partly the fault of those born in the UK, we have gradually become ashamed of our own identity, of our own culture and as such, who can really blame those that come here to feel the same way? Its a big problem when people identify themselves as their religion, or their old culture first rather than their Britishness and why there is so much religious and racial tension between British citizens

Iam the rasta in this video, Rasta is a way of life that anyone can choose it is not a religion there is no initiation in Rasta so my thoughts are my own they are not the thoughts of a group of Rastas, Some Rastas choose to follow an believe in Selassie that is their business not mine, Some choose to follow an believe in the bible that is their business not mine, Rasta mean the freedom to choose for yourself so iam a rasta who choose to follow my own conscience so i ignore all so call holy books an all so call prophets i follow no man who emerge from their mothers womb just like myself, I look down an no human being but i look up to none either i look all humans in their eyes as equal,There is no black an white in rasta because the one creative energy we call God never create any, Human beings are spiritual an physical we are all spirits living in physical bodies we are not our bodies, Ask anyone black or white what is the color of their mind an no one knows because the spirit have no color oneness in diversity, Maybe it is only after death remove us from here that the great majority will realize that they spent their whole life fighting against their own brothers an sisters in spirit we are all one, Race like religion was created by the idiotic men of knowledge to divide an rule, We all know the truth but only the few choose to live by the truth they know, the majority prefer to follow the group like dumb sheep's who need shepherds no man is master of another, Human beings should humble themselves an realize that when we shit all shit stinks an shit cannot be better than shit.

Buluba McJefferies The atheist an an the religious r in the same boat one believing in God the other dont believe in any God,But belief is not knowing so both the believer an the unbeliever r ignorant because they do not know,To know we must learn to listen to conscience it is the knower within all beings who as ever emerge from the womb of woman,No atheist r religious being can know Conscience one follow a book the other is totally material an have no idea about themselves,I wonder if atheist an religious men know why we all have a memory it is the creative energy video recorder it record all our deeds so that whenever death remove us from the body we can reap whatever we sow here
@youareallscum28329 жыл бұрын
+Mariusz Zaleski I don't believe in any God/s, a religious person does believe in religion and usually at least one God. That is not being ''in the same boat''. So right there you have failed to recognize, comprehend, grasp and understand the differences between an atheist and a theist. That's your ignorance, not mine, but cheers all the same. Not playing sports is not a sport, not collecting stamps is not a hobby and not smoking cigarettes is not a habit. I've read many of your ill typed comments on this video and you seem to harp on about ''belief'' and ''knowing'' before hiding behind your understanding of what conscience is and how it can bridge the gap from believer to someone that knows and then in your reply to my statement you go on about ''the creative energy video recorder.'' Seriously, you actually typed that bogus sh!t. Which i find laughable and full of silliness and yet another piece of bullsh!t from the mind of a religious follower trying to explain a way to circumvent the insanity you are promoting to make it fit. Which simply doesn't make any sense without a whole lot of context and explaining and free licence to allow for your belief and no one else's. Some semblance of English, the language i speak, which one would have thought would have been offered to promote your own religious ideologies, as a basic courtesy for any conversation with meaning and resolution to take place. Memory, defined 1. the mental capacity or faculty of retaining and reliving facts, events, impressions, etc.,or of recalling or recognizing previous experiences. 2. this faculty as possessed by a particular individual: to have a good memory. synonyms: ability to remember, powers of recall, recall, powers of retention,retention, mind Conscience, defined 1. the inner sense of what is right or wrong in one's conduct or motives, impelling one toward right action: to follow the dictates of conscience. 2. the complex of ethical and moral principles that controls or inhibits the actions or thoughts of an individual. synonyms: sense of right and wrong, sense of right, moral sense, still small voice, inner voice, voice within; morals, standards, values, principles, ethics, creed,beliefs; compunction, scruples, qualms.
@MariuszZaleski139 жыл бұрын
Buluba McJefferies I get your point perfectly, as weird as it could sound. "I don't believe in any God/s" You said yourself. I would say it's a step on the ladder higher. Believers are set in stone and follow a story. They are aware of the fact that they only follow a story thay cannot verify, so they fight and kill to protect what they believe not to be exposed. Unbelievers tend to have more open mind as they don't want to swallow the trickery religions offer. One the other hand, without looking in the mirror one can only be a believer or unbeliever (atheist). One cannot KNOW. Knowing appears from beyond the mind only after one decides to go for a jihad against self and purify ones way of living, re-evaluate concepts held by the mind and what one used to know. It cannot be explained or passed from person to person. it can only be experienced. We all have been indoctrinated in childhood by indoctrinated parents, environment, churches and schools. Because a child takes everything they see as how things are and should be they tend to replicate these broken patterns in their adult lives. This is what is happening here. It's not a shame to be indoctrinated. Everyone goes through this same road. The shame is not to challenge self and die in fear of unknown without trying to free self from this prison. This same as a recipe to make bread is not a bread and it's not possible to taste bread without baking it (making actual work). Human mind has capacity to "expand" beyond any conventional knowledge and that's what this conversation is about. It's an invitation to look within and release mind from the prison it was put into. There is more than the mind and it cannot be experienced without internal change. That's the way being a believer or atheist is different for you and this same for me. Both are prisons of the mind. It doesn't mean that anyone is better or worse though. Everyone goes through raw and crude form of indoctrination. This cycle was started long time ago and goes on it's own since. Indoctrinated beings protect this system without even knowing about it. I could release myself, you can do this same as we are equal and there is no difference between us at all (apart of the state of the mind)
@MariuszZaleski139 жыл бұрын
Buluba McJefferies I know Atheist dont believe in any God thats why they are unbelievers an there is no difference between the two,One believe in nonsense the other dont believe in anything so both of them knows noting,Atheist is just another form of ignorance no one who is an atheist can know themselves so no atheist know what conscience is how can they if they refuse to live a moral life,An if you reason with any atheist you will find that what they have to say make no sense because they cannot reason just like the religious man,Atheist is just another excuse for not living a honest moral life they choose negativity instead an end up in ignorance

A helpful bit of advice: Any time you hear someone say that 'Islam is a religion of peace', you can destroy this claim with this simple fact: Islam calls for the *murder* of apostates. This is codified within Sharia law. ALL the main Sunni and Shia schools of jurisprudence agree on the matter. There are laws in dozens of countries that to this very day punish apostates with either death, physical violence or imprisonment. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Apostasy_in_Islam
@ManlyOBeeferton9 жыл бұрын
Osman Mohamed It is impossible to be racist towards an ideology. Islam is an ideology. I notice you didn't even address my point either. Islam calls for the murder of apostates. Do you think murdering people for simply rejecting unsubstantiated claims is a good idea?

@MIG953749 жыл бұрын
Manly O'Beeferton Not true. The Quran clearly says there is no compulsion. And that you may believe, un-believe ect. I can post the quotes but I am too lazy. The death sentence applies when they leave the religion and then spread mischief in the land and tell lies. ect. I believe thats correct.
@ManlyOBeeferton9 жыл бұрын
Al غوثا "Not true. The Quran clearly says there is no compulsion." And this verse has been abrogated (and not just by the apostasy punishment). "The death sentence applies when they leave the religion and then spread mischief in the land and tell lies. ect. I believe thats correct. " Wrong. The ruling of the various schools of jurisprudence is regarding people who simply leave Islam, not people who leave it and 'spread mischief' (which is a ridiculously vague term that could be applied to anything). You are disregarding the hadiths, the main source for this ruling.

Being a Muslim (no different a sects but one religion Islam) I truly enjoyed that debate thank you Charlie...but the point I find disturbing here is that...the Rasta's view that religious leaders e.g priests, imams etc should be killed?!...and religion should die...that's a shocking thing to say...if you believe that strongly keep it to yourself tbh...the Muslim man at the end made a very valid point the Muslims and Christians are feeding the poor through their charities...but the Rasta man is parading around insisting hate and end if religions when it's religions that drive people to charity...anyway fantastic debate thank you again Charlie PEACE

20:08 A lot of people don't know that all Muslims used to follow the Old testament & the Torah, The final revelation they follow is the Quran. There hasn't been a revelation ever since which is why the religion is classed as dated & old. Anyway the islamic faith is a very interesting one to study & is probably the only religion that will stand the test of time because of the mass following. I believe that there is a god & I also believe in good & bad & once we die we will be judged on our actions. Just do good, stay away from evil & help your neighbours/charities & people in need. Surely thats the right way of life..... right?

Nice to see this didn't get violent, always comforting when humans can actually have a debate. This is what unites, this is what teaches, this is what frees us all and this is why we aren't free because these situations make people feel uncomfortable, intimidated, foolish or reaffirm egoic beliefs even stronger if they are perceived to win. Some peoples ego just will not allow them to have an open discussion about there outlook or path they feel they are on is this life, a very sad part of out socially engineering/brainwashing to stop us grouping together to destroy all the things that make us unhappy and crave consumerism. All props to the Muslim man involved, he had a lot of stuff which was quite strong and difficult to take yet he treated himself and those around with respect and patience even when others decide to mock he did not in turn mock them back. He defines himself as Muslim this is true but only because society is forcing him to, I'm sure there are parts he dismisses and parts he connects to. Many religious followers do not follow line for line instead the morals and in between the lines. For me, this destroyed religion entirely, how can anyone define themselves as such if all the lifestyles and outlooks vary so much? Like these gentleman said, they are are separate paths to the same destination yet they still choose one of these paths and refuse to learn from the others. Surely the more you can learn from different perspective the quicker this journey will be. The issue is that both of these men contradict themselves throughout the debate. To my understanding Rastafari encompasses many Christian beliefs and mainly the admiration of Jesus, the saviour the prophet, the SUN of god. Haile Selassie I is also regarded as a prophet or the second coming. Not dis-crediting the bizarre foretelling of an African king uniting nations and the good work he did do. That being said there is no historical record for Jesus Christ, which you would like to think would have been recorded by the many active historians at the time. An easy arguement is the records were destroyed but again we are operating on faith and not knowledge with this. Watch Zeitgeist 2007 , the astrological references/The Metaphor of Jesus/Bethlehem and the journey through the star constellations is incredible. Therefore the 'Rasta' is also a 'sheep' operating on faith and not knowledge. Unless he does not believe in Jesus, but then is he Rasta? All of these problems come down to self definition to create a foundation for your Ego to grow, I am this, you are that why is it so hard to see this is exactly where the problem lies! Its such a shame because if these two men were in plain clothes, said nothing of religious or spiritual titles/names and just has a conversation about life experiences and their perspective i'm sure they would have an incredible enlightening discussion and both learn a lot from each other. That will clearly never happen, now multiply that to the millions/billions scale and you have the world we currently have. This is all part of babylon's plan playing out in front of us. The myth/story of the tower of babel created the language barriers, babylon creates these religous/physical/social/monetary barriers. We need to be wiser. We need to look inside but for some people they don't have time or don't see the importance.Or they have enough money to keep consuming so the love for knowledge/equality and human community is constantly replaced for the lust of things and competition. Which is pretty frightening. You have time to earn, spend, intoxicate and live but not time to learn about the life you live? I think many people have been tricked into, 'Oh well, we'll find out when we die'' looking inside and learning about YOU helps you learn about everyone. That's way you can recognize the paths and things to avoid, cut much of the shit out of your life, have a better time and treat others better because of it. Adore and Endure each other.

J youtube, You never here me mention Selassie once in this video Rasta is not a religion there is no initiation in Rasta so as a Rasta i'am free to make my own choice, I choose to follow my own conscience that has noting to do with any religion or the so call prophets or son of God of religion to a Rasta like me prophets an the son of God Jesus Christ are all false idols created by the criminals who organize religions to divide an rule make money an keep the minds of the believers in continual mental slavery,It's those who are knowledgeable who control planet earth they are the most educated but knowledge without wisdom become dangerous so the knowledgeable become educated fools they will use their knowledge to destroy themselves,We learn knowledge from others but others cannot teach us wisdom only self discipline can do that life is a simple choice between positive an negative good an bad the few who choose to live a honest life comes under the guidance of conscience the teacher of wisdom the internal sun the giver of light the one within all.
