Yeah, I’ve been low carb again since being in the hospital. Doctor even took me back off my diabetes medicine. Thank you, I appreciate the comment.

@@CharleyFriends it's funny you say that. I was just in ICU for 6 days with a BS of 647. They pumped me full of so much stuff. I was horrible sick. I'm glad your better. I know your position. My husband went commando on our kitchen to get rid of anything that didn't fit our plan. I don't have to lose weight but he does.
