no. the key word is “when”. “when i’m borderline”, not “because i’m borderline”. she’s implying it’s a state she sometimes finds herself in, not a condition. you can have issues with self-hatred and relationship and not necessarily fall into a category, you know. psychiatrists and their DSM manual pathology bullshit have really brainwashed a lot of people. at the end of the day, it means less power to the individual.
