Brie, I know they are touting a trust for Ronan, you need to get a copy of the trust, the current trust, and it can be changed, depending upon if it’s revocable or irrevocable, knowing adelsons I’m sure it’s revocable. They can say.

It is awful to say, but I don’t believe Charlie was or would be a good father. I don’t think he showed much interest in his sweet son and now uses his status as a father for selfish reasons. Sadly his son will probably have a better relationship with his father in jail.

Wow, first picture I've seen, of Bree, and Roman as a newborn. It's my understanding that she had to fight him, for child support, several times. He makes it sound so wonderful, but it seems that he didn't want to accept his paternity, for several years.

Is it just me, or does Bree not sound particularly disappointed by never having to see Charlie again? This is the first time they have spoken, and she is like business as usual with everyday tedious activities. Can you imagine if you had to tell your son his father is a cold blooded killer? The trust is for Roman, but does that mean he gets full ownership/money from the trust when he’s 30? 20? 18? does it mean you can ask since he is a child for money once a month? and who is the executor that you have to go/grovel through? A revocable trust can be changed at anytime. You need to retain an attorney and your attorney should ask for a copy of the trust so you know the ins and outs of the trust is for your son. I know you love your son, and I am sure Charlie does as well, but you need to know what the parameters are with the trust, and what you are able to get for him, on a regular basis, and when you need it for miscellaneous expenses, and you also need to know the limitations of that trust. I give you this advice with deep respect and care for you and your son. 🙏
