A revocable trust can be changed at anytime. You need to retain an attorney and your attorney should ask for a copy of the trust so you know the ins and outs of the trust is for your son. I know you love your son, and I am sure Charlie does as well, but you need to know what the parameters are with the trust, and what you are able to get for him, on a regular basis, and when you need it for miscellaneous expenses, and you also need to know the limitations of that trust. I give you this advice with deep respect and care for you and your son. 🙏
