He has NO idea what is in it!😂 I hope now that he has all the time in the world, he finds it in the library and takes the time to read it cover to cover. It seems that Charlie and people like him may be kept in observation for these extended periods more as a punishment. He wasn’t suicidal before and he doesn’t seem to be now, but I can see how being in what sounds like a disgusting grotty box without a moment of privacy would send you crazy. I think they’re doing the same thing to Donna. It’s kind of at the discretion of the jailers, so anything can (& does) happen I suppose.
