It's good to see other Chaplin fans out there. I have long enjoyed seeing Edna Purviance in Charlie's films. He used her to a high degree in his post-war films, and off camera, he just used her. I've long seen her as being highly attractive.

Bravo for the great restauration!!! I had never seen the entire film. Hilarious the further you watch...dear funny Charlie. Absolutely magical to watch him in real life, what a gentleman and very handsome he was. I can imagine women of all ages falling for him, starting, your guess...when it`s over, i`ll start it again. Since they put color if they put in & more relevant music & a good translation in many languages... this needs a perfectionist director... it would be a masterpiece... but I think it will happen in the future I'm sure... all for the money.. .but let's enjoy it & we the viewers... Thank you for colorization, but due to a terrible music track I prefer the originals. Unfortunately this is common for almost all colorized Charlie's films. Is this done in purpose?

Brilliant restoration, but the speed is too slow. Somehow the frame rate must have been miscalculated during the process.

Да Чарли Чаплин хороший актер и уже давным давно стал легендой, но в этом фильме был показан не блогадарнось девушек которую он спаз, она вроде как должна была его полюбить ведь он рисковал своей жизнью, ради неё а она его предола с этим художником. Жаль через этот фильм можно понять что девушки не могут и не умеют любить и ценить то что им делаешь ради них,и даже в конце ей еле дошло что он ей многое сделал но и конечно не понятно что она скем останется сним или же с этим художником, поэтому этот фильм мне очень очень не понравилось. Ведь как после этого жениться, если девушки могут так поступать, где тут справедливость и любовь !!!

If the music is too loud, turn it down! That's what a volume Control is for.. scheesh
