We had a blue belt in my Taekwondo class, 40 years ago, who was like the idiot in this video . I was a white belt, and I had been warned about him. During a “light” sparring match this dude kicked me so hard in the ribs it was incredible. I didn’t know much about Taekwondo back then, but I knew what a left hook was. I knocked that dude out 2 seconds after that kick. It was interesting, after that incident he suddenly understood the definition of “light” sparring, and stopped using white belts as his punching bag.
