Just wanted to point out that the very story you chose to promote this site was in itself a misleading story about a Haitian who raped a 14 y/o disabled girl. The rapist was just another Spanish illegal named Pablo Mendoza. Haitian illegals tend to make people more upset which in turn garners more viewership. Spanish illegals are just a given at this point.

@@HANKHILLFORTXGOVERNOR Kirk can't move past the simplification of 'illegal immigrants are criminals'. Basically the depth of argument of a 7th grader. We need a strong border, we need to stop spending money in foreign conflicts, however, illegal immigrants who are good citizens is an argument that should be considered. Ben Shapiro says that he doesn't really care about the illegal status; he cares about good members of society.

@@dietersdawgs Were the natives invited from the bering strait into North America? They came in because (partly due to) their livestock that they greatly depended on for nourishment and livelyhood were flocking to North America and so they followed it; next thing you know the Natives are living here. To summarize, the Native Americans basically came and planted their flag here simply because they thought they were here first yet they were just UN-inhabitants encroaching onto uninhabited land that was up for grabs. Today, certain Native Tribes can bitch and moan all they want about what their ancestors suffered and endured from and as to what this country was before civilization was established. Yet, one thing is clear..they weren't alive 500 to 700 years ago like their ancestors were therefore they wouldn't know anything about it in detail. In today's times they receive monthly government checks, reservations, and in some tribal states or territories they have big time Casinos. If they are so resentful towards non Native People and they claim to care so much about their land and the environment that surrounds (before the settlers came) it then why have they embraced civilization to a point in order for their Casino's to be built and established? Oh wait! It's because they can PROFIT from it.

Deborah, maybe you need to read a little further back in history than you were taught in your Sunday school. Kirk does not 'belong' in the USA. Except of course he does, because the modern day USA was founded on immigration. So where do you draw the line Deborah? At what point was it ok for Kirk's ancestors to emigrate to the USA but nobody else? Hand back the land to the native people or stop whining about immigration. It really is that simple. Every land on the planet has been ruled by other lands (including my native UK on several occasions). Immigration has created the world that we embrace. Don't get me wrong, there does need to be a limit, of course there does. There needs to be tight border controls and stringent checks on the immigrants that apply legally. That's all good. But once cleared the newcomers should be treated like equals unless they act otherwise

If you want to go back to where YOUR ancestors came from and go change it there no issue but to be so arrogant as to force your individual beliefs on a nation with hundreds of years of history just because you feel a certain way is as delusional as it gets. So again, are you talking about the comanche? apache? Navaho? or one of the others that don't exist anymore because they were wiped out by the previous...? Point is, it's 2024 not 1630.

They do not like this country, but are here for the benefits and resources. We have seen how these Mexicans have destroyed California. They wave their flag. They hate this country and truly believe the Southern part of the US belongs to them. Claim it was stolen land. Of course, forget how they came from Spain and stole that land. Absolutely not America's fault. But in the dad's situation at 14, you watch your parents killing themselves physically and mentally to put food on the table and barely pay the bills. You have your wits about you and know the only way you will ever have a chance of a decent life is to cross the border and take your chances. can you honestly tell me you would accept a life of poverty at that age over a world full of dreams? I wouldn't. Now I do think that the dad should now pay some form of penalty to atone for the crime. But at this point, having presumably lived a decent life, obviously raised a daughter who followed through with an education and once married would have paid taxes in to the system I don't think deportation would be appropriate. Must confess, I don't know what would be, a fine, community service, etc. It really isn't a black and white issue regarding long term illegal immigrants

After married, I did the leg worker to file her Path to Citizenship at the US Embassy in Manila. Background checks, medical evaluations, interviews, process fees, then waiting for final interview appointment for her and I. I even flew back to the Philippines to assist, staying six months. It took us two years to finally get her to the USA, legally. Those who enter illegally have backlogged the security background checks and have also caused the immigration processing fees to go up. Biden's forgiveness , giving Green cards to illegal aliens, is a slap in the face to all who legally immigrated to the USA.

When you were 14 did you live in abject poverty, watching your parents work tirelessly but struggle to put food on the table? if you did then I'm glad things worked out for you to the point you have such a glib attitude to the poorest of people. But I'm going to hazard a guess that you wouldn't know poverty if it strolled up and slapped you in the face. Btw the dad exactly did try to make life work, by risking his safety, criminal record and utter loneliness without his family by crossing the border. It worked out for him. You may find this hard to believe but I was fully behind Trump building the wall. I'm in the UK and immigration for a long time actually improved the country, introduced new cultures, cuisines, experienced professional workers. It has now got out of control and the infrastructure struggles to cope with it so I completely understand the US wanting to strengthen the border controls. But in the case of long term illegal immigrants you surely have to consider what they have done with their life in America, have they contributed via taxes etc. I usually agree with 99% of what Charlie Kirk says but sending the dad home now would be ridiculous. At the moment, the invasion of the Western world is no longer the "right wing conspiracy theory" that progressives want people to think it is. The obscenely wealthy megalomaniacs behind this agenda, have established a goal of governing/ruling over the entire population of the planet and as of today, they're getting closer than they've ever been to achieving it, so in my humble opinion, this particular debate needs to wait and our number one priority has to be putting an end to their insanity. We see the same entitlement in the UK. We are living in the era of entitlement. My wife is Russian. We had to do court, pay thousands, get her various visas, and eventually, a permanent residency. Now we see people coming across in boats. The government pay for 4 star hotels and legal fees for them. It's disgusting. I don't see anyone knocking on our front door with a check for 10k to repay our legal costs. We aren't rich, just an average family that had to go without and save money. They rewarded their kids with cars, that in my generation I had to work and contribute to my first car. And they didnt get a hand me down clunker, they got a nice dealership car. These kids got used to treating adults poorly and given free, nice things. So now that theyre adults, they expect the government continue what their parents started. My only child was 13, 20 years ago. I found out the schools were encouraging the kids to call NOVA or the cops on the parents if they ‘ever felt scared.’ I’m from the seventies (Gen X) and my parents didn’t stand for ANY BS. They’d put us through the wall if we spoke back. I punished my daughter and she threatened to call the cops. I handed her the phone. I had to have 3 phone interviews to determine if I was a ‘threat’s o my child. They immediately closed the case. My daughters head got filled with such entitlement from other kids, parents and mostly the SCHOOLS. I refused to stand for this. She still doesn’t speak with me and I’ve accepted it. It was my home, my rules. I wouldn’t waver then and I won’t waver now for these mentally ill, brainwashed, blue-purple-green-pink haired delusional overgrown infants. As an American who's parents came here legally I am listening carefully to this back and forth in this vid and am struck by something which is absent totally from the conversation. This was conceived as a Christian nation whose laws were based on the Living God and His word. So here is the rub, we as a nation legalize abortion and kill babies as a matter of sacrificing the child for a bullshit American dream future and NOW we complain that those who had the temerity and faith to have their babies in squalor and piss poor conditions start crossing over into OUR wonderful nation (great by God by the way, not of ourselves) and now we espouse some sort of legal high ground. Wake up and smell the storm coming! We have as a nation denied God the Holy one of Israel and His Son Jesus Christ by being seduced to remove God from every endeavor of History/Science/Education/Religion/Relationship and now ..... Now.....we gloat at a roaring clap at our shame!!!!!! Kill babies as offerings to false gods, kick God out of EVERY discipline of man we have and have no humility to admit that as we point the finger at those who would cross our borders WITH THE CONSENT OF OUR VERY PRESIDENT, (obviously) and CANNOT PERCIEVE THE UTTER HYPOCRICY OF OUR POSITION before a Holy God! The Lord keeps His own and there are still many here in this once great God fearing country BUT make no mistake this is a judgment which is ABOVE mans law which so many have failed to see. Wake up to this deception which is not Christianity and understand that we are the ones who have broken Gods laws. Humility and repentance for what our nation has done is the answer now.

Not all immigrant status are the same. If your parents brought you to another country when you're 10 yrs old to give you a better opportunity. Wouldn't you like a chance to be a citizen? Keep in mind some people were brought to the US as Children, 10yr and under. Do you believe those children deserve to be punished based on their parents decision?

Respect to the first woman for at least having a discussion in good faith. She clearly loves her father and wants the answer to be "it's okay that he broke the law because he ended up being a good person.". Unfortunately we do not know which illegal migrants will be good people and which will be bad ones. Laws exist for a reason. Breaking the laws will mean breakdown of the system. There are infinite examples in history of mass migration destroying countries and demographics, and many Americans want no part in it.

I respect her willingness to have a conversation but I also felt bad for her in a way. It would be hard not to try to justify your own father but she also needs to realize how unfair it really is to not only Americans but to the many people who worked hard to do the process the correct way and become a legal citizen. I doubt she'd be okay with strangers coming into her home if it meant conditions were going to be worse for her family even if the strangers were from poor circumstances. I do agree with her that maybe try to make the process easier for people in poorer regions to become legal citizens. But until then, don't justify illegal actions.

Serious question, it has nothing to do with the young lady. If you had kids and wanted a better life for them. As a parent, would you make a sacrifice and risk yourself to give your kids a better life. There are some people who are adults BUT were brought to the US at a VERY young age, under 10yrs old. A child that knows nothing about LAWS, do you believe that the child that was brought to the US should be punished? even tho they lived the country and now are adults, do you believe they should still be punished for the decision their parents made FOR THEM as child? I know good people that went through this and I personally don't believe they are guilty. They were just children..

When you are trying to deal with illegal immigrants, no matter how deplorable they are, when you try to process them, it costs money.money from taxpayers, money that could be spent somewhere else, money that could heal Americans, provide medical assistance, recovering drug addicts….. instead, the money is spend on someone who should never been in this Country at the first place…just because, why?
