One of the things that made these films so great is that alongside modern fx/stunts/soundtrack, they captured the *spirit* of the campiness of the tv show, and embraced being over-the-top. Not all sincere yet not ironic either. They walked that line so well.

I shattered both my legs. My lawyer was telling me that someone was going to make a movie about me and Supercross the movie is more accurate. Only because I’m from Baton Rouge Louisiana like K-Dubb there running his birth year of 78. The movie is based off of me and Brian Young there is a movie formula to it. I invented the kiss of death and long nose wheelies in 1999.😎

Definitely worth watching if you want a good laugh. Just imagine shooting that footage editing it then watching the final product. Saying to yourself that it looks legit. Besides if you are trying to catch someone in a race everyone knows backflips are the fastest over a jump.

You have to understand that this film was from the early 2000s. High definition cgi or sfx weren’t even available like they are now. Not only that but the definition of films didn’t include 4K or super HD like now.

Unfortunately I shattered both my legs on 1/20/01 invented a lot of hardcore freestyle motocross tricks. I come back in 07 and caused Ryan Dungey to lose to me while I was on a KTM 250 SX and he was full factory Suzuki #1 racer. I proved everything I needed to prove to myself.
