Nah. Yes, we're 'divided' but it isn't along neat geographical lines that would make opposing states/territories possible. And while there are states that are overwhelmingly Democratic or Republicans, no state is prepared to become a separate country the way the Confederacy thought it was - it really wasn't , but by 1861 it had crafted its own government and constitution and thought it was in pretty good shape. To secede from the union today you would need your own government, your own currency, and your own means of taxation and other government functions. You would also need to be prepared to sever ALL ties with the current Federal government - and NO 'red state' is prepared to do without Federal assistance. Also remember that any state that seceded would lose the ability to transport goods across state lines - everything would become a foreign import and subject to duties and all sorts of other red tape. So yeah, we argue a lot but another civil war? Not going to happen. We'll just keep arguing.
