The time of the F4 Phantom, F2 Tiger Shark, and F14 Tomcat, established Top Gun. My heart has always been with the F2, which later became the F5 Tiger 2 Freedom fighter. We all love the A10 Warthog by default! 😁

Who would have thunk that in 2024, Russia produces 2x as much Iron Ore as the United States , has ~the same production of Steel as the US at ~75-80 Million Tons, and both are dwarfed by China with >1,000 Million Tons. Or that Blue Collar Workers would be subordinated to Wokies with Purple hair.

By 1990 the Western press was already LYING about Gorbachev and his policies. Needless to say, if you go to Russia today, there are no lines and zero shortages. Sure, they still have all buildings and lots of major businesses are government owned or run but they loosened the grip of the "Central Planning" state just enough to create real results.

She looked her best wings back full blower banking off into the sunset. That is something I will never get tired of watching. It just fills you with that childhood sense of awe and wonder. American engineering at it's finest, it was the best of everything all in one package. There will never be anything like the Tomcat.

Hey, Mike. If you do see this somehow, I just wanted to say thank you. I've bought and read a couple of your books and am reading through a few more. I recently found you have this KZbin channel just full of awesome military documentaries and it's like a treasure trove to me. I really just want to say thank you. Thank you for sharing your passion with everyone. Thank you for all the hard work you do. I also wanted to extend my gratitude as a fellow Army Veteran and say, Thank You For Your Service. Please keep sharing your love for the military with us.
