They set up a laboratory in Uganda so that they had ready use of gorillas and monkeys for their experiments in studying viruses. During that time, some of the local people in this group went a bit crazy and the men were dressing as women and became cannibalizes. Then the war broke out. This was around the time that the AIDS 😷 epidemic started. I truly believe after watching the documentary that they were using the local people to test vaccines and virus warfare.
