I would LOVE to get the chance to try that. I'm an OLD rider but never even sat on a speedway bike. She did great. Good on her.

@@lucan4042 Well.....good for you. You must be a world champion, and at only 10. Amazing. I've owned more motorcycles than I can remember, and been riding 64 years and still own two now. But I never sat on a speedway bike, and it's obvious she hasn't either. So we both would look very awkward. But then again, neither of us are Champions like you. Get over yourself sport.

Never did go there, but it always saddens me when a speedway track closes. Sad to see what's going on at Brandon. Oxford coming back after all these years was a very pleasant surprise. I hope for the same at Brandon! But yeah it doesn't look good. The current owners are just letting it delapidate, clearly on purpose. It's a sad state of affairs.
