Leaving core, not clawing, holes is truly ridiculous with blown in insulation. Just a hole for it to escape. Madness. Like the way you nearly had a pop at your mate. Maybe should have let him finish it rather than you jump on it. He wont be in Monday. Lol. Mind you it's tough picking apart a mates work. 10 years ago I'd be chucking a level up your corners lol. The dimensions are incorrect. Rightdoor left side you start with a three quarter. Leftdoor right side you start with a whole one. Therefore the expansion joint is out of the middle. No symmetry. Of course you already seen it 😀
@si-vz8ny3 жыл бұрын
wrong cavity sock too should be a 200 mm with damp then the 100mm in the party wall creating a T, the expansion is probably the brickies who built the footing not setting it out 4 to 900 correctly now he is just following the bond they have done, always agood idea to get your tape out and check before you lay can always change the bond so cuts are same up both doors and expantions in the middle of the plots
