The Bisu Bisu no Mi is a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that allows the user to generate and manipulate biscuits at will, making them a Biscuit Human (ビスケット人間, Bisuketto Ningen, VIZ: "Biscuitman"). It was eaten by Charlotte Cracker.
Like other Paramecia fruits, this one lets the user conjure up near-limitless amounts of a certain substance. In this case, that substance is biscuit material, which is conjured by the user clapping their hands and can be manipulated in various ways. For instance, the user may bring together biscuits to form large, moving, humanoid figures that seem extremely lifelike, as well as weapons; mostly by crushing their biscuits into fine crumbs and powder to condense and mold into whatever shape they desire. As further demonstrated by Cracker, a user can even manipulate such humanoid figures from within and supplement them, such as adding extra limbs.

Devil fruits are Off limits when awakend. Its basicly up to your Imagination what they can do then. Cracker has not awakend it yet. He could make the ground and all Surroundings into haki infused cracker. Only diffrence to logia is then, that He cant fuse his body with His Surroundings. Zoan fruits on the other hand make you "only" crazy fast and powerfull like an enhancer while mystic zoans can give you additional Powers like ice and fire breaths that can destroy everything. Its Interesting how all these fruits can, depending on the original thought born and state of awakening, br very close to each other. Yamato in wolf form can freeze the area like logia or luffy makes everything rubbery but then again we havent Seen a known logia awakend yet.
