Charlotte Fire: Launching Battalion 9 - A New Era of Service

CHARLOTTE FIRE ANNOUNCEMENT: Attention All Personnel
This morning, Charlotte Fire proudly placed Battalion 9 in service. This is a historic moment. Battalion 9 becomes the first new Battalion added since 2009.
The Battalion will oversee operations for Firehouses 7, 11, 15, 18, 22, and the future Firehouse 45. We extend our congratulations to Battalion 9 and thank them for their dedication to serving our community.
The official in-service time for Battalion 9: 0800 hours.
